The cell assembly further includes a fastening band, a first separator, and a fixing plate. The fastening band is disposed on an exterior surface of the cell assembly and is configured to limit an external expansion volume of the cell assembly. The first separator and the fixing plate are disposed on two opposite side surfaces of the cell assembly along a stacking direction of the cell units and are located on an exterior surface of the fastening band, and the first separator is sandwiched between the fastening band and the fixing plat.
