Summary:A display apparatus includes: a substrate comprising a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area; a first insulating layer covering the peripheral area; a plurality of first pads on the first insulating layer in the peripheral area; a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer in the peripheral area, the second insulating layer having an opening exposing the plurality of first pads; and a first wiring comprising a 1-1st wiring and a 1-2nd wiring, wherein, in a plan view, the 1-1st wiring is under the first insulating layer to cross the opening of the second insulating layer in the peripheral area, the 1-2nd wiring is electrically connected to the 1-1st wiring outside the opening in the second insulating layer, and the 1-2nd wiring is between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer.
