Summary:The invention relates to an electronic device (1) for obtaining a sensor signal for use in a system (11) which changes a sensing function in dependence on a light setting. The electronic device is configured to obtain a sensor signal from a sensor (9) and select based on data stored in a memory (7) which device and/or application of a plurality of devices (21, 31, 45, 46) and/or applications the sensor signal should be transmitted to. The selection depends on which light setting is currently active on one or more light devices (13-15). The sensor is arranged to sense in a field of view. The electronic device is further configured to transmit the sensor signal to the selected device and/or application.
