Another embodiments provides a method, including: encoding, using a processor of an information handling device, data; presenting, on a display of the information handling device the encoded data in a visual pattern; and transmitting, to at least one other device, an indication that the encoded data is being presented; wherein the information handling device is a clamshell device and wherein the display is positioned on a portion of the A-cover.
