The hair styling comb includes a set of teeth, spaced apart, parallel to each other, and extending substantially perpendicular from the spine portion. The hair styling comb includes a cutout section positioned at the top portion of the spine comprising a slit configured to retain the elastic band. The cutout section and the associated slit allows a user to wrap the elastic band around their comb, to freely use the comb without the comb falling out of their hands and hitting the floor.
