Summary:A device for guiding an elongate body into a channel of a scope may include a main body extending between a proximal end portion and a distal end portion and a lumen extending through the main body. The device may be slidably attached onto the elongate body such that the elongate body may be threaded through the lumen of the device, out of the distal end portion of the main body of the device, and into the channel of the scope. When a distal end of the elongate body reaches a desired location inside the channel, the device may be moved along the elongate body from a first position to a second position, where the device may be releasably coupled with respect to the elongate body.
