The first clutch has a first clutch first component and a first clutch second component selectively rotationally connectable to the first clutch first component. The second clutch has a second clutch first component and a second clutch second component selectively rotationally connectable to the second clutch first component. The encoder part has a rotational speed or rotational position detection geometry, is arranged to be operatively connected to a sensor, and is used as a connecting element which rotationally conjointly connects the first clutch first component to the second clutch first component.
