Summary: | A method for constructing a digital disease module includes: determining the relationship between changes of gene/protein expression level of a gene and a disease as a first positive-negative correlation coefficient; determining the relationship between appearance of SNP and the disease as a second positive-negative correlation coefficient; determining a gene product of the gene which is a target for disease suppression as a third positive-negative correlation coefficient; determining results of text mining for functions/activities of the gene product of the gene corresponding to the disease as a fourth positive-negative correlation coefficient; determining whether the gene is the upstream gene of the signaling transduction pathway and the relation with the disease as a fifth positive-negative correlation coefficient; adding any three or more coefficients into a first sum of coefficients; and constructing a digital disease module based on the first sum of coefficients to present disease genomic information. |
