Summary:A busbar assembly for an electric motor may include a busbar holder at least a portion of which is made of an electrically insulating material, and at least one busbar mounted on the busbar holder. The busbar may include a base portion extending along a mounting surface of the busbar holder, at least one coil connection terminal portion to be electrically connected to a coil of the electric motor, and a power source connection terminal portion to be electrically connected to a power source. The power source connection terminal portion may extend from the base portion and at least a portion of the base portion may include a resilient member allowing displacement of the power source connection terminal portion towards the busbar holder.
