Summary: | Each of a low beam lamp and a high beam lamp connected in series includes at least one light source. A lamp driving circuit is configured to supply current to each of the n lamps. A first voltage detecting circuit is configured to detect a first voltage that is a sum of voltages applied to each of the low beam lamp and the high beam lamp. A second voltage detecting circuit is configured to detect a second voltage that is applied to the high beam lamp. A processor is configured to obtain a difference between the first voltage and the second voltage, and to detect a failure in the low beam lamp based on comparison between the difference and a rewritable normal operation voltage of the low beam lamp. |
