Summary:Provided herein is a method for administering dichlorphenamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, to a subject in need thereof, wherein the subject is also being administered a therapeutically effective amount of a drug chosen from a P-gp substrate, BCRP substrate, OAT2 substrate, OAT4 substrate, OCT1 substrate, MATE1 substrate, MATE2-K substrate, and combinations thereof. The method comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of dichlorphenamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The therapeutically effective amount of the drug is not adjusted relative to a subject who is not being administered dichlorphenamide.
