Summary:A drive unit is configured such that a closing side drum and an opening side drum are provided parallel to each other. In a state in which a closing side cable is wound around a small diameter portion of the closing side drum and an opening side cable is wound around a small diameter portion of the opening side drum, the sliding door moves from a predetermined position relative to an opening portion to a position where the opening portion is fully closed, and, in the state in which the closing side cable is wound around a large diameter portion of the closing side drum and the opening side cable is wound around a large diameter portion of the opening side drum, the sliding door moves from the predetermined position relative to the opening portion to a position where the opening portion is fully open.
