The information processing apparatus includes a feedback information generation section that generates feedback information including at least either an input level or modified information, the input level indicating the level of input information and being set on a basis of a first speech that meets a predetermined input condition, the modified information being obtained by modifying the input information on a basis of the first speech. This technology may be applied, for example, to servers, clients, and application programs for performing speech recognition and for executing processes based on the result of speech recognition.
