Summary:The invention relates to an adhesive tape for, in particular, wrapping cables, made from preferably a textile support and from an adhesive mass which is in the form of a dried polymer dispersion and which is applied to at least one side of the support. The polymer is made from: (a) 95.0 - 100.0wt.% n-butylacrylate and/or 2-ethylhexylacrylate, (b) 0.0 - 5.0 wt.% ethylenically unsaturated monomer having an acid or acid anhydride function.
