Summary:A non-invasive ocular drug delivery device can include a housing adapted to couple to an eye of a subject. An active agent matrix can be coupled to the housing. The active agent matrix can include an electro spun material having a combination of a density, a thickness, and an ocular surface area configured to hold and retain an active agent prior to application of the device to the eye, and deliver an effective dose of an active agent within 30 minutes of application of the device to the eye.
