Summary:Provided are a battery pack module and application of the battery pack module. The invention relates to a battery pack module, comprising: at least one battery pack cell (2), in particular a lithium ion battery pack cell, and a cooling plate (3) connected to the at least one battery pack cell (2) in a heat conducting manner, wherein a heat balance layer (4) is arranged between the at least one battery pack cell (2) and the cooling plate (3), the heat balance layer (4) being used for improving thermal conductivity between the at least one battery pack cell (2) and the cooling plate (3). The heat balance layer (4) is made of a base material (5), and further comprises at least one bimetallic actuator (6) which has transformation temperature of above 20 DEG C.
