Summary:The present disclosure describes a glenoid implant including a body and a fixation member. The body has an articular surface and a scapula-engaging surface opposite from the articular surface. At least a portion of the scapula-engaging surface is configured to mirror and conform to a surface of a scapula of a specific patient based on a three-dimensional (3D) model of the scapula. The fixation member extends from the scapula-engaging surface for fixing the glenoid implant to the scapula.
