Summary:A liquid detergency composition comprising a protease and a lipase, wherein the lipase comprises a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence which has at least 90 percent sequence identity with the wild-type lipase derived from Humicola lanuginosa strain DSM 4109 and, compared to said wild-type lipase, comprises a substitution of an electrically neutral or negatively charged amino acid within 15 A of E1 or Q249 with a positively charged amino acid.
