Summary:Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for providing techniques, computer networks, and monitoring systems for managing and operating a nodal resource grid system in which resource notes are received, dispensed, and transferred throughout the nodal network. The nodal network may include or comprise automated teller machines, merchant stores, delivery vehicles, processing centers, and the like. The system scans resource notes for unique identifiers as they are received and/or dispensed at the nodes in real-time. These unique identifiers allow the system to track individual resource notes as they progress through the nodal network. The information about resource notes at each node can be recorded and stored in real-time, and information about the health of the network can be provided as visual representations to computing devices of a managing user.
