Layer A has a width from 10 μηη to 10 mm and comprises a film material. Layer B has a width from 10 μm to 10 mm and comprises a transport material. The core component has a CO2 transmission rate (CO2TR) from 50,000 to 300,000 cc-mil/m2/24 hour/atm and water transmission rate (WVTR) from 50 to 500 g-mil/m2/24 hour.
