Summary:A thermally conductive, electrical insulating paper having a thermal conductivity greater than 0.4 W/m-K is described. The thermally conductive, electrical insulating paper is a nonwoven paper that comprises aramid fibers, an aramid pulp, a binder material; and a synergistic blend of thermally conductive fillers, wherein the synergistic blend comprises a primary thermally conductive filler; and a secondary thermally conductive filler.
