Summary:Systems, devices and methods manage surgical instruments throughout their lifecycle by reprogramming a device to account for operational displacement of ultrasonic components based upon a diagnostic test. A diagnostic test tip is used with a surgical instrument to simulate device usage and capture capacitance and phase margin of the device.
