Specifically, the method for a terminal to carry out terminal-condition-based D2D communication in a wireless communication system supporting D2D communication comprises the steps of: a terminal determining a terminal condition indicating the condition to which self is subject; determining the D2D signal properties on the basis of the terminal condition; and transmitting the D2D signal on the basis of the D2D signal properties.
