Summary:Protecting content on a local device. A method includes, at a local device connecting to a remote server controlled meeting, wherein the remote server provides meeting content. The method further includes, at the local device, receiving meeting content from the remote server. The method further includes, at the local device preventing a user of the local device from accessing the meeting content. The method further includes, at the local device obtaining an authentication token. The method further includes, at the local device receiving from a user the obtained authentication token to authenticate the user to the device. The method further includes, at the local device, comparing the received token to the obtained token. The method further includes, as a result of the received token matching the obtained token, providing access to the meeting content to user.
