The adhesive layer is formed from an adhesive composition, which is made of from 10 to 90 wt. % of a solvent-free and pressure sensitive siloxane resin. The siloxane resin includes hydrophilic functional groups, and the weight percentage of the hydrophilic functional groups in the siloxane resin is in the range of 1 to 10 wt. %
