Summary:A method, system, and computer program product for user verification based on behavioral characteristics are provided in the illustrative embodiments. A set of questions is presented from an application to a user, where the user has not previously been asked the set of questions. A set of answers received from the user corresponding to the set of questions is analyzed. A score is computed using the set of answers. A determination is made whether the score matches, within a tolerance value, a base score in a psychological profile of the user. When the score matches the base score within the tolerance value, a conclusion is made that an identity of the user has been verified.
