Summary:A display device includes a timing controller configured to output driving signals and image signals in response to an external control signal, a data driver configured to receive the image signals and convert the image signals to data voltages, and a display panel including pixels configured to display an image based on the data voltages. The timing controller is further configured to detect a counted value of pulses of one selection driving signal of the driving signals, determine one selection frequency of reference frequencies, and apply the image signals to the data driver based on the selection frequency.
