Summary: | Systems and methods may provide a dynamically adjustable array of tactile elements on the back of a computer tablet. When an application running on the tablet requests user input at one or more locations on the display, these locations may be mapped onto corresponding tactile elements on the back of the tablet and the user may then engage the locations by touch instead of providing input on the display. The particular set of tactile elements chosen in the mapping may be altered to suit the application and the preferences of the user. In one embodiment, the tactile elements are groups of inflatable buttons that may readily be felt by the user. |
