The backboard is moveably mounted on the base belts of the mounting module and has a body and multiple fixing buckles. The fixing buckles are mounted on a side of the body, respectively and moveably mounted on the base belts, and respectively and selectively engaged with the base belts. The rim is mounted on a side of the body opposite to the base belts. Therefore, the height of the moveable basketball hoop device can be adjusted according to the demand of a user.
