Summary: | A mouse monoclonal antibody for antagonizing and inhibiting binding of a vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (VEGF-R), and a heavy chain variable region and light chain variable region amino acid sequence thereof. Also disclosed are a humanized preparation process of the antibody and a heavy chain variable region and light chain variable region amino acid sequence of the humanized antibody.
