The touch-sensing cover comprises a cover and a touch-sensing structure. The cover comprises a cover body and a sidewall extended from at least a part of an edge of the cover body. At least a part of the touch-sensing structure is disposed on the cover body. The cover is disposed on the side of the shadeless touch hand-held electronic device opposite the panel, and the touch-sensing structure is electrically connected with the control unit, so that a user operates the shadeless touch hand-held electronic device by the touch-sensing cover.
