Summary:The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing candesartan cilexetil, which is produced by wet granulation using a dispersion liquid of candesartan cilexetil together with a powdery additive. The dispersion liquid may also contain a water-soluble polymer, a sugar alcohol, or a stabilizer, and the water-soluble polymer may be hydroxypropylcellulose. The sugar alcohol may be mannitol. In addition, the stabilizer may be lauromacrogol.
