Summary:Disclosed is an organic light-emitting display which has an increased image formation distance, such that a position of an image formed in the organic light-emitting display used as a display unit for a head-up display is located in front from an actual position of the organic light-emitting display. An organic light-emitting display 300 of a preferred embodiment includes a front substrate 310 on which a positive electrode is formed; a rear substrate 330 on which a negative electrode is formed; an organic light-emitting layer 320 which is inserted between the front and rear substrates 310 and 330, and partitioned into a plurality of pixels; an optical unit 340 including a plurality of micro lenses 340a disposed on any one of both surfaces of the front substrate 310 or on both surface thereof, and disposed at positions corresponding to each of the plurality of pixels 320a.
