Summary:The present invention provides a touch electronic device and a data transmission method including a touch panel, a touch link module, a wireless transmission module and a control module. The touch link module is utilized to establish a first communication channel with at least one first touch electronic device through the touch panel, and receive at least one information from the at least one first touch electronic device through the first communication channel. The wireless transmission module is utilized to establish a second communication channel. The control module is utilized to receive the at least one information from the touch link module, divide an initial data into a plurality of sub-data according to the at least one information, and determine to transmit which sub-data of the plurality of sub-data to the at least one first touch electronic device through the first communication channel or the second communication channel.
