Summary: | According to one embodiment, a high-frequency, broadband amplifier circuit includes two drive elements, a matching circuit, a Balun circuit, a power supply, and a power supply circuit. The matching circuit includes two pattern circuits. The pattern circuits convey, in differential mode, the high-frequency signals supplied from the two drive elements. The Balun circuit converts the high-frequency signal to a single-end mode signal. The power supply circuit is connected one of the pattern circuits, and supplies at least the output of the power supply to the other pattern circuit. |
