Summary:A system for administering a hearing test to a remotely located user or subject using a user computing device connected to a communication network. The system provides for testing of ambient noise at the remote location and accuracy of sound reproduction by headphones engaged to the user computing device in a calibration of the loudspeakers of the headphones and the venue prior to communicating the test sounds. The calibration insures results determined by user input provide an accurate outcome.
