Summary:Generating user notifications comprises generating a notification-preference file associated with a user account. A notification request according to the user preferences in the notification-preference file is received from the data module. A notification message is generated in a plurality of media types according to the user preferences in the notification-preference file. The notification message is communicated to the user using the plurality of media types indicated in the user preferences.
