Summary:Disclosed is charging safety control system for a fuel-cell vehicle. In particular, a charging switch is provided in a fuel-cell vehicle to be manipulated in hydrogen charging as well as a vehicle speed detector for detecting a current vehicle speed. A controller within the vehicle is configured to receiving a signal corresponding to on/off-manipulation of the charging switch and a detected current vehicle speed and control the ignition of the vehicle based thereon. Particularly, the controller is configured to switch off the ignition of the vehicle upon receiving the on-manipulation signal of the charging switch, and upon determining that the vehicle is stopped based on the current vehicle speed.
