Summary:A method and a device for analyzing and presenting origin-destination (OD) data for a transportation system are disclosed. The method includes receiving operational information comprising information collected during and related to operation of at least one vehicle in the transportation system. An OD matrix is determined matrix based upon the operational information and a results set is produce based upon the OD matrix. At least a portion of the results set is output as a graphical representation. The device includes at least a processing device and computer readable medium containing a set of instructions configured to cause the device to perform the method.
