Summary:The present application provides a system, method and non-transitory computer readable medium of using automatically generated speech messages to audibly validate text messages that are sent using TTY communications. A short length text message can be delivered using TTY communications which is then immediately followed by short-duration speech read-text message designed to either validate the received TTY text message or identify character errors in the same. The use of the VCO-TTY communications mode allows the called party to request resends of the automatically generated TTY text and the corresponding speech read-text messages.
