Summary: | The present application relates to a visually perceivable image-forming dye scavenging article capable of absorbing and/or inhibiting transfer of fugitive dyes released during laundering, the article comprising (i) a support substrate with an imprint of an image on at least one surface of the substrate; (ii) at least one dye scavenging compound fixably adhered to the imprinted image; (iii) optionally, a film forming agent; (iv) optionally, a cross-linking agent; (v) optionally, a rheology modifying agent; and (vi) optionally, a catalyst to accelerate the polymerization reaction. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the article and use of the same. |
