Summary:Techniques for visually conducting transactions are provided. According to an embodiment, a consumer conducts a transaction on an enterprise terminal device. A visual identifier encoded with the transaction is presented on a display of the terminal device. The consumer uses a mobile device to scan and acquire the visual identifier. A mobile app on the mobile device generates a visual transaction envelope having payment details for the consumer. The visual transaction envelope is scanned from the display of the mobile device into the terminal device, via a scanner of the terminal device. The transaction is completed.
