Summary:Systems and methods for aiding treatment of a medical condition are described. One such method includes: displaying at an interface (i) a graphical representation of at least a portion of an anatomic area, and (ii) regions of interest at locations in the representation, each of the regions representing an anatomic site of a medical event; receiving from a user a first selection representing a first site among the anatomic sites; determining a first set of morphologies of the first site, each member of the first set being clinically associated with occurrence of the event at a diseased portion of the first site; and determining, based on a second selection by the user, a second set of morphologies of the first site, each member of the second set including at least one of a shape and a size of the diseased portion associated with the first member.
