Summary:A strain relief device for securing three radially arrayed flat cables coming into a closure includes a body having three armatures extending radially. Each armature includes at least two cantilevered segments extending from the at least one armature in opposing directions. At least one cable may be received in a receiving area partially defined by the armature and the cantilevered segment. Compressive force acting on the strain relief device secures the cables in the receiving area relative to the strain relief device.
