Summary:A connector includes a first terminal housing for housing a plurality of first connecting terminals aligned, a second terminal housing for housing a plurality of second connecting terminals aligned, a plurality of insulating members aligned and housed in the second terminal housing, a resin molded body provided in the second terminal housing, and an insulating member assembly formed by assembling the plurality of insulating members. The resin molded body includes at least one pair of restricting protrusions in order to restrict expanding movement of the insulating member assembly in the lamination direction when inserting the first connecting terminals into a gap between the second connecting terminals and the insulating members. The insulating member assembly includes a terminal protecting member to interfere with a rim of the first terminal housing to prevent the first terminal housing from being erroneously inserted into the gap.
