Summary:The present invention relates to a culture medium for the fetus-derived mesenchymal stem cells in amniotic fluid. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for improving skin conditions, comprising the culture medium of fetus-derived mesenchymal stem cells in amniotic fluid as an active ingredient, in which the skin conditions to be improved include whitening, wrinkles, skin damages caused by UV rays or skin lifting. Further, the present invention relates to a method for preparing the composition, comprising the steps of culturing the fetus-derived mesenchymal stem cells in amniotic fluid; and collecting the culture medium.
