Summary:A method and apparatus for providing wireless coverage such as WiMAX or LTE coverage via a wired network are provided. For example, systems and methods are discussed in which a Cable TV ("CATV") network, Direct Broadcasting Satellite ("DBS") and/or Passive Optical Network (PON) are used in order to deliver the native wireless signals into the buildings or an area in which wireless coverage is desired, where a small Consumer Premise Device is used to transmit and receive the signals to and from the wireless devices.
