Summary:Systems and methods of managing tasks within a customer relationship management system. A user with appropriate permissions who is assigned a task can create subtasks subordinate to the assigned task in order to delegate responsibility for completing the task. An owner of a task can seek input from other users by creating an approval route. A user interface is provided to display tasks assigned to a user in an approval route, and to allow a user to provide feedback on tasks assigned to them without having to sort through irrelevant information.
