Summary:A device and method for the mixing of a beverage where, due to the fact that an aqueous mixed phase, in which the recipe constituents needed for mixing the beverage are contained and which has a higher water content than the prepared mixed beverage, is collected in a tank, the mixed phase can be added specifically to a beverage mixture of excess concentration in order to adjust the desired final concentration. The mixed phase preferably contains returned proportions of the prepared mixed beverage.
