Summary:Plasma-Based Waste-to-Energy (PBWTE) methods/systems, including plasma-assisted gasification systems, are described that can be integrated into a single system which when fed a steam of municipal solid waste, discarded tires, or electronic wastes, organic or inorganic, which have been shredded to a uniform size produces a synthesis gas (syngas) and a molten slag, and/or electricity. The systems can be mobile, for example, implemented on a vehicle.
